How to amend a bound risk

To amend a bound risk:

  1. select the Amend button from within the Quote tab of your Risk Summary page
  2. modify the appropriate information within the risk proposal by use of the Navigation tabs across the top of the screen 
  3. add any additional supporting information under the Notes tab
  4. select Generate Quote from the Risk Summary page when ready to submit the proposal for quotation

Upon doing so, the risk will move on your Dashboard from Bound Risks to the Quoted Risks tile or the SAU Risks Pending tile. 

The Bound Certificate will remain valid until a time it is replaced by another Certificate. If this happens, the Certificate number will change. You will always be able to find the most recent risk file under the Risk History tab of any risk you are managing.

Quick tip! If the "Amend" button is not appearing, this is likely because you have opened an old version of the risk. You can always find the most recent version of any risk proposal under the Risk History tab at the top of your page.
