In Progress risk status

Risks In Progress are risks that you have begun but not completed. These risks do not have a quote (i.e. price or rate). 

You will find these risks in the Dashboard tile Proposals to be Completed. 

Once complete, you have the option to Generate a Quote at which time the Risk Status will change.

Similarly, the Dashboard tile, New Web Proposals to Submit are new proposals ready for your review; once you open this its status will change and it will move to Proposals to be Completed unless you have generated a quote.
