Responsibility for taxes

It is the responsibility of each user to confirm taxes prior to binding coverage. We encourage you to equip colleagues with a list of taxes and tax rates applicable to those jurisdictions your Company users are authorized to transact business.

Taxes confirmed to at binding should not be changed during amendments to any bound risk. Upon confirming taxes, users will be asked to verify the tax, the tax rate, and tax type.
