What is a 'System Note'?

System Notes are produced by the platform and recorded in the Notes tab of a risk file. 

System Notes record the actions or decisions that have been made respecting the risk and include a date and time stamp. For example: when the risk is quoted, if you choose to modify it and create a new version, when it has been bound, when Underwriters have completed their review, etc.
