Accounts role

Any team member you add in an Accounts role is able to view invoices and help you manage payment. 

Work with your Accounts team member to establish expectations for invoice payment. Visit the Quote tab of each bound risk to find your broker premium invoice. You or your Accounts team member will be required to create a client invoice and manage payment of premium prior to the payment due date.

It may be helpful to work with your Principal Broker or Accounts person to confirm all taxes that may apply to risks bound on behalf of your clients. Taxes are required to be confirmed by the broker prior to binding coverage.

Quick tip! You will receive an email each time you bind a risk. To help ease the payment process, consider forwarding notice of each bound risk to your Accounts person or sending them the certificate number from your account.
