Remove (disable) a user

To remove a user you must disable the user’s access to the platform. To do so:

1. select Manage Users under the Admin option on the menu bar
2. use Filters to search for then select the user you wish to remove/disable
3. slide the button next to Enabled to read No

The totality of risks under the users profile can be reassigned to another colleague to keep pushing them through the placement cycle. As a Principal Broker, you will have access to all risks across the company and within all user accounts whether the user is enabled or disabled.
