Activity tracking

Your Dashboard is a visual display of your sales activity. Each tile displays the number of active opportunities you are managing. 

Quick tip! An active opportunity is one that is open or sold. It does not consider any risk proposal you have Withdrawn or quotes you have marked as Not Taken Up. A risk is considered active as soon as you have started a new proposal and entered in the basic information in the Risk Wizard.

The Risk Statistics on your Dashboard is a close ratio based on total risk count and considers proposals that have been quoted or bound. It is a ratio of closed business to total quotes you have produced through your account. The number may not match the totals on your Dashboard though - if you have created a new version of any quoted risk proposal, that prior version will be counted as a quote. 

You can also use a number of Reports to help you track and measure and manage your account activity. While the Risk Report is most fulsome, the Users Report will provide a snapshot of activity by broker set up in your Company account; the Users Report is available to the Principal Broker in your Company.
