eNotifications
You will receive an email notification whenever you have completed an action to quote, bind, or amend a risk; you will also receive a notification any time the Underwriters requires your attention to support negotiations or has responded to a Note you sent.
If you are not receiving eNotifications or not seeing an anticipated reply from Underwriters, we recommend:
- you confirm the email address on your account is correct
- the broker views their junk/spam folder
- check to see if your email account is over capacity (most emails are less than 20kb; while possible we don't anticipate this likely)
