Manage web links
Once you have created a web link, it can be used over-and-over again. There is no limit; this is one reason why it is a helpful tool that can support your sales and marketing.
Organize your web links
Use the web proposal link tag/identifier field to your benefit. Note here how the web link is intended to be used, for example:
- company website, landing page
- my personal email signature
- email campaign (date)
- client team at Company ABC
- article in Risk & Insurance
- name of the applicant
Quick tip! Confirm all information for your web link prior to saving. Web link information cannot be edited once saved.
Assess effectiveness
To view a summary of all active web links associated with your account, select Web Links from the left menu bar. Here are some special notes about this page view:
- if you are a Principal Broker you will see all web links created across the entire Company and by which colleague
- you can read the number of proposals completed and submitted to your account only from each web link source; you will not be able to view how many of these opportunities were quoted, bound, or not taken up
- if you delete a web link, you will no longer be able to see the number of proposals submitted in the past
- there is not a limit to the number of web links you create
- you cannot edit a web link once you have saved it
Quick tip! To make the web link more user-friendly, copy the URL and insert it as a hyperlink.
