Tracking emails sent from my account

The Notes tab will date stamp each time you send an email from your account. This information forms part of your Digital Risk File. The contents of the email are not stored, including to whom you sent the email, nor any additional activity you continue to manage from your personal email account with your client. 

Quick tip! Consider creating a Note in the Notes tab to document any comments from the insured for your own reference.
