Importance of managing payments on-time

Non-payment or late payment of premium may result in:

• challenges during a claim event
• lack of coverage in the event of a claim 
• voiding coverage
• removal or temporary hold of your account

The risk is considered unpaid until payment has been received and reconciled by the payment administrator. If payment is rejected, it is recommended you continue to monitor the payment due date and pay on time.
