Quote document

The Quote Document is a non-binding document available once a quote has been produced. The document outlines terms and conditions of insurance, specific risks and perils covered, duration of coverage, amount of premium, and deductibles, if any, available to the proposed insured for review and acceptance.

You will find it within the Quote Tab of the Risk Summary page, branded with your corporate logo. Once you have generated a quote, you will have the option to use the Send Email button on your Risk Summary page to forward documentation to any email address from within your account.

The Quote Document outlines the proposed pricing, coverage, and quote expiry date; it also identifies the Risk ID and version number to help speed up the binding process. Any previous quotes you have generated will remain available under the Risk History tab.

Quick tip! It is encouraged that you complete the commissions and taxes tab prior to issuing the quote. This is not a requirement at this stage, but it is a requirement to bind.
