Certificate document
The Certificate is a contract - a bound insurance policy. You will find it within your Risk Summary page, branded with your corporate logo. Once you have the bound Certificate, you will have the option to use the Send Email button to forward documentation from within your account.
In the event a change to the bound Certificate is required, you have the option to request an amendment under the Quote tab of the risk.
Quick tip! Now that you bound your Certificate, use the invoice within the Quote tab to produce your own invoice for the insured; your invoice will indicate the Premium Payment Due Date. Use the batch payment process to manage all payments.
