What is a 'Quote'?

A Quote is a proposal that has received a rate (price). 

Find pricing information under the Quote tab of the Risk Summary page. Once you have received a Quote, you have authority to bind it directly from within your account.

If you are not pleased with risk pricing, select Re-quote under the Quote tab of the Risk Summary page to ask Underwriters to revisit pricing. 

Quick tip! A risk that is auto-rated will be found under the Dashboard tile 'Quoted Risks;' whereas a risk that has gone to SAU and been priced by Underwriters will be found under 'SAU Quoted Risks.' This differentiation is intended to help you quickly find risks that are ready to be bound.
