My SAU was declined, what does this mean?

This means Underwriters have declined to produce a quote for the risk opportunity.  

You may seek clarification by reviewing Notes posted by the Underwriter or by contacting with Underwriters through the Notes tab.

A declined risk will be inactive. You do have the opportunity to reapply for coverage by using the Clone Risk function; this will replicate the risk information and create a new risk proposal, which will have a new, unique risk ID. If you clone the risk, you have the opportunity to modify or add information and to Generate a Quote with the new risk details. You can clone any risk that is in your account.

Quick tip! A declined risk will not appear on your Dashboard. If you wish to access a declined risk, you will need to do so using the Search function. To ensure a fulsome result, use the Filters option to focus your search to risks with a Risk Status of 'Declined' and 'SAU Declined'.
