What does it mean to withdraw a risk?

You have the option to cancel work or remove any risk proposal that is In Progress. 

In doing so, the risk will be eliminated from within your account; withdrawn risks will not appear in your risk count or searches. Risks that are withdrawn do not affect your sales conversion rate.

Quick tip! In Progress is a risk status where the risk has not been quoted/rated. When you begin to create a proposal, the first version of that proposal will be found within the Proposals to be Completed Dashboard tile.

If you have already quoted/rated a risk:

• you can no longer Withdraw the risk. If the insured does not purchase coverage the risk can be marked as NTU – Not Taken Up.
• you can choose to Withdraw only a new version of that risk that is In Progress; which means all previous versions of the risk will remain available within your account, and only the new version of the risk will be removed from your account.
