NTU - Risks Not Taken Up

This Risk Status identifies:

• a quote you have not accepted, or marked as NTU, either because:
  • your client declined moving forward with the risk (the price/coverage was Not Taken Up), which closes the risk file
  • your client has requested a re-quote, which marks the original quote as NTU and replaces it with a new risk version 
• a quote you have chosen to Modify. In this case, the platform automatically marks the original quote as NTU and replaces it with a new risk version. 

This Risk Status is denoted in the Risk History and Notes tabs. In all cases, any version of a risk will remain available to you within the Risk History tab of the risk file.

To mark a risk as NTU, visit the Quote tab of the risk.
