Modified risk status

Any risk with a Modified risk status can be found under the Dashboard tile Proposals to be Completed. 

When you choose to Modify a risk, you have unlocked your risk proposal for editing/modification. When you choose to Modify your risk proposal, a new risk version will be created. Once you have completed your edits, choose Generate Quote on the Risk Summary page to obtain a price and the risk status will change. 

You have the option to Modify only at three times:

• when you have obtained an auto-quote
• Underwriters have provided you a price through SAU, or 
• Underwriters have sent the risk back to you requesting further information to complete the SAU request

Quick tip! When you have a quote, you have the option to Modify a risk proposal to edit its contents and re-price it based upon the changes made. If you have obtained a quote and would like to re-quote the risk proposal, you have the option to request a re-quote - which does not contemplate any modification to the contents of the risk proposal.
