How does a web link work?

Once you have created a web proposal link, it can be used any number of times - there is no limit as long as you do not delete it.

Selecting a web link will direct your client to a new web page that includes:

  • a welcome page
  • your logo (if you have chosen to use one)
  • your Company name
  • the name of the insurance product they will be applying for
  • a Get Started button to initiate the application process

How it works:

  • As your client proceeds through the application, your logo (if used) will remain visible
  • Once complete, your client has the option to Submit the application to you. 
  • Any completed applications are added to your account as a web proposal
  • You will receive an email notification for each web proposal added to your account.
Quick tip! Quoting a web proposal is the same process as quoting a proposal you have created on your own. As you progress through the quote, rate, bind process, the proposal will move around your Dashboard.
