How can I use notes to move my risk forward?

You are encouraged to record a note whenever there is a request for Special Acceptance Underwriting (SAU); any detail you provide will help expedite the Underwriter review and quote process.

Use the Contact Underwriter button within the Notes tab to initiate dialogue with Underwriters. Choosing this button will notify Underwriters of your new note. 

Quick tip!  If you feel you have sent a note to Underwriters and haven't hear back, try again. When doing so, ensure you choose the Contact Underwriter button - this is the only way Underwriters are notified you have a specific note for them.
