What can I rely upon notes for?

There are three shining characteristics of Notes that help you manage a risk and the integrity of any risk file. 

The Notes tab:

1. forms a direct line of communication between you and Underwriters respecting a specific risk.
2. documents all activity and conversations respecting the risk, helping you understand where the risk is in the process from Quoted to Bound. 
3. stores information as part of the digital risk file that will remain available to you at any time for reference through your account.
