The payment administrator

The payment administrator details are listed under the Payment Instructions section of your invoice. 

The payment administrator will reconcile your payment only when:

  • the payment made matches the total funds due, and
  • your Batch ID is listed on the payment. 
Quick tip! The payment administrator may or may not be the insurer - as such, it is important to note the information listed under Payment Instructions when making payment.
